What parents / carers usually want to know quickly
Cycle 2 is designed to reduce the uncertainty that often stops families from taking the next step. The strongest reassurance points are the same ones that come through consistently in our parent feedback.
Autistic-led and interest-led
Parents are not being asked to force a generic “social skills” experience. Cycle 2 is built around shared interests, Autistic role models and real connection.
Flexible participation
Camera and voice do not have to be the entry point. Families consistently describe how valuable it is that young people can type, listen and join at their own pace.
Safe and supported
The strongest parental reassurance here is simple: a supportive online environment, clear structure, and mentors who understand what helps young people feel safe enough to return.
Join from home
For regional families, anxious school transitions, or young people who are socially isolated, being able to connect from home is a real part of the value proposition.
