About You
We are looking for someone who can multitask and deliver shifts for I CAN Online in which they’re writing NDIS reports and supervising I CAN Online program delivery. You will be able to write well and carry duty-of-care responsibilities. You have a genuine passion for the individual strengths of neurodivergent people and the outcomes of I CAN (self-confidence, optimism, belonging and self-acceptance).

From a practical sense you will possess:

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager I CAN Online, the Customer Service Coordinator will operate under general direction from the Manager and have the following job outcomes:

You would be available to work Monday 4.00PM – 8.00PM, Tuesday 4.00PM – 8.00PM and Wednesday 4.00PM – 8.00PM

Translating NDIS notes into NDIS reports which align with I CAN standards

Supervising I CAN Online shifts in which procedures are followed and issues are interpreted and escalated appropriately.
Desired hours – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4.00PM – 8.00PM

About You
We are looking for a highly organised and fast-paced individual to join our Greater Melbourne Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Lead. You will be able to perform customer service and complex administrative tasks in a highly diverse team. You have a genuine passion for the individual strengths of neurodivergent people and the outcomes of I CAN (self-confidence, optimism, belonging and self-acceptance).

From a practical sense you will possess:
- Rostering experience.
- Staff supervision and management experience.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Capacity to schedule I CAN services across complex requirements including casual staff availability and school preferences.

- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, particularly with internal teams and external schools and parents.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Greater Melbourne, the Customer Service Lead will operate under general direction from the Manager and have the following job outcomes:
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager, particularly with rostering and managing staff
- Promoting an integrated customer journey for school students, parents/ carers and school supervisors
- Coordinating service delivery in Greater Melbourne (school-based mentoring programs and speaking engagements)
- Responsibility for rostered staff and their performance with service deliver.

- Love to go into primary and secondary schools and get paid to have discussions, do fun activities and play games with Autistic students, that empower them with optimism, belonging, self-acceptance, pride and confidence.
- Are happy to jump in their car, put on your favorite song or enjoy the quiet time while driving to and from schools (Driver’s License and own transport strongly preferred)
- Work in an environment with a 50% difference, meaning a minimum of half of our staff are Autistic.

What is the time commitment involved in being a mentor?
The commitment of school-based mentors involves a fixed number of hours per mentoring session and availability during school hours for our I CAN School® programs.
The commitment of online group mentors also involves a fixed number of hours per mentoring session and availability on certain weekday evenings. We provide training and ongoing professional development for all team members.
Can I apply for a position if I’m not yet 18?
