“IT JUST LETS YOU BE YOURSELF”

Ayesha, Mentee now I CAN Network Mentor, South West

ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT A WORLD THAT EMBRACES AUTISM?

If so, we invite you to learn more about opportunities with our I CAN team. A key distinguishing feature of I CAN, and a source of enormous strength, is our commitment to ensuring that at least 50% of our team is Autistic. We feel very strongly about providing a workplace that celebrates and nurtures Autistic talent and also attracts non Autistic team members who relish the opportunity to work for an Autistic-led organisation.

The fact that we are a neurodiverse, Autistic-centered organisation influences every aspect of our work culture. We aim to support all team members in roles that capitalise on individual strengths, respect personal schedules and capacity to provide meaningful growth opportunities over time.
