AV’s Teens Work Know-How Program (TWKHP) equips neurodivergent teens, aged 15 to 18 years, with workplace confidence, real-world experience, and personalised support, empowering them to navigate the transition from school to work effectively. Delivered by lived experience facilitators, and job coaches the program offers interactive workshops, mock interviews, and short-term work experience placements during school holidays, with inclusive employers (e.g., ANZ, CSL, ACMI, various libraries), tailored to participants’ passions and career interests.
