I CAN ONLINE

We offer Autistic-led online group mentoring programs for 7 – 22-year-old Autistic people. Our program builds confidence and social connection in a safe, positive environment. Autistic young people are able to be themselves, share their interests and common experiences with peers and benefit from I CAN Mentors as role models. With over 350 participants each cycle we are proving our program is effective.

*All I CAN Mentors and staff have completed our child protection training and hold current WORKING WITH CHILD CHECKS OR BLUE CARDS.

No prior knowledge is required to participate in our beginner D&D adventure, and participants do not need to be familiar with the rules. The Program Facilitator, who will serve as the Dungeon Master (DM) for the adventure, will guide the game. All the player has to do is describe what they want to in a scenario and the DM will walk them through the rest, the more fun and creative ideas they have the better!

No extensive prior knowledge is required to join our intermediate D&D adventure, but a basic understanding of the rules is needed. The Program Facilitator, acting as the Dungeon Master (DM), will guide the game, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Players are encouraged to describe their actions in each scenario, utilising their creativity and strategic thinking to navigate challenges. While the DM will provide support and clarification as needed, participants should be familiar with core mechanics such as rolling dice, character abilities, and turn-based combat. The more inventive and tactical their ideas, the more exciting the adventure will be!
